A REVIEW ON MATERIALS & METHODS FOR IN SILICO DRUG DESIGNING

ABSTRACT

In silico Drug Designing is the identification of lead drug molecule by applying Bioinformatics. it is playing increasing role in Drug Discovery and Identification of drug candidate. So insilico methodology is important part of drug Discovery process. So in this study we study different software and tools, which are used for searching journals, databases, protein analysis, for retrieving sequence of protein and also comparing the sequences, modeling of protein, validation of model, comparing 3D structure of protein, visualization of 3-D structure, active site finding, protein-ligand interaction, ligand design, ADMET prediction.
