SYNTHESIS, EVALUATION AND MOLECULAR DOCKING OF SULPHONAMIDE/ISOTHIOCYANATE LINKED QUINAZOLINONE DERIVATIVES AS ANTIDIABETIC ACTIVITY

ABSTRACT
A series of Quinazolinone linked sulphonamide and isothiocynates derivatives was designed synthesized and
evaluated for type 2 diabeties study. Designed compound were docked using AutoDock tool software with DPP-IV
inhibitor protein (PDB: 3OPM). And the good dock score compounds is synthesized and evaluated for antidiabetic
study in STZ- Nicotinamide model of wistar rats. Amongst all the compounds designed in the study we identified
compounds A3 and C6 as potent, selective and orally active agents.
