ABSTRACT
The aim was a comparative study of the features of changes of biochemical, immunological parameters of peripheral blood and oral fluid in patients HRAS. It is established that patients with HRAS often observed regional lymphadenitis, Mikulich aphthosis, aphthae on different parts of the oral mucosa, mucosa swelling, high intensity of dental caries, periodontal index and integrated OHI-S index. There have been opposite changes the parameters of the immune system, indicating the presence of a chronic inflammatory process. When HRAS significantly more likely to occur hyperproteinemia, hypoalbuminemia, hyper-α-2-globulinemiya, increased ALT, AST, in the oral fluid marked decrease in activity of alkaline phosphatase, total calcium level, lysozyme and sIgA.
Keywords: chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis, mixed saliva, biochemical parameters, immunologic parameters.
