ABSTRACT
Male infertility contributes to nearly half of all infertility cases worldwide, with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) representing one of the most severe forms due to impaired spermatogenesis. Conventional treatment options for NOA remain limited and often include hormonal therapy, assisted reproductive techniques, or surgical sperm retrieval, with variable success rates depending on the underlying etiology. Ayurveda approaches male infertility as a disorder involving impairment of Shukra Dhatu, imbalance of Vata dosha, and diminished reproductive vitality.
