ABSTRACT
This review analyse the analytical method associated with the co-administration of Dapagliflozin (an SGLT2 inhibitor) and Bisoprolol (a selective β1-blocker) in managing the heart failure and related metabolic comorbidities. By treating with Bisoprolol counteracts sympathetic overactivation and Dapagliflozin regulate cardiorenal pathways through osmotic diuresis and metabolic optimization, resulting in a complementary reduction in the cardiovascular mortality and hospitalization. This document evaluate analytical techniques developed for their simultaneous estimation in pharmaceutical formulations. We combined established methods covering UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, Reversed-Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC), High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC), and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), highlighting method validation and emerging green analytical chemistry. As a result, this compilation serves as a dual-purpose reference for both the therapeutic purpose and the rigorous quality control work required for this vital cardiorenal and cardiovascular protection combination.
