ABSTRACT
The increasing demand for natural skincare products has encouraged the development of herbal creams that combine the benefits of plant extracts with skin-friendly ingredients. This study focuses on formulating and evaluating a herbal cream incorporating ingredients like beeswax, coconut oil, almond oil, and herbal extracts such as aloe vera, neem, and turmeric. The formulation is designed to be safe, effective, and easily applicable on the skin, with added emphasis on maintaining the natural properties of the extracts. The cream is prepared by blending an oil phase (containing beeswax, stearic acid, coconut oil, and almond oil) and a water phase (rose water, glycerin, and herbal extracts). Emulsification occurs by adding the water phase into the oil phase, followed by cooling and the addition of preservatives and fragrances. The cream is then subjected to a series of tests for pH, spreadability, stability, irritancy, washability, and viscosity. The results are analyzed to ensure that the cream is safe for use, has an acceptable texture, and shows good stability over time. This formulation offers a promising option for natural skincare products aimed at moisturizing, soothing, and protecting the skin.
