ABSTRACT
Dengue fever is a clinical entity well known for its hemorrhagic complications whose pathophysiology, though not completely understood, may be linked to a systemic inflammatory state caused by the infection itself. Even if rarely described, inflammation may lead as well to thromboembolic manifestations.[1]
