ABSTRACT
Introduction: James V Forrestal Secretary of the Navy and First Secretary of Defense died at Bethesda Naval Hospital On May 22, 1949. It has been proven that Forrestal’s death was a government sanctioned homicide although it was initiall attributed to a death by suicide. During Forrestals’ brief stay at Hobe Sound right before his hospitalization at the Bethesda Naval Hospital, his personal diaries consistent of 15 loose left binders totaling 3000 pages were removed from his former office in the Pentagon and locked up in the White House, where they remained for a year. Forrestal’s homicide have led to allegations that his objections to the creation of Israel might have been a factor in his homicide. Objective: The aim of this study is to prove that “Forestall was silenced because of his diaries “revealing extraordinarily sensitive secrets of the Second World War. Method: Through Google Scholar search we identified data associated with Forrestal’s death to identify observations consistent with” Forestall was silenced because of his diaries” “and inconsistent with the alternative to project odds of certainty. Results: 16 observations are consistent with “Forrestal was silenced because of his diaries “and inconsistent with he was not indicates Forrestall was a victim of a homicide because of his diaries. Odds of this observation being correct is % 99.999. Discussion: Clinical, forensic and mathematical evidence suggests Forestall was a victim of a homicide because of his memoirs documenting that the atomic bombs were unnecessary to ensure the Japanese surrender and President Truman did not write or sign orders to drop the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Conclusion: Forrestal was a victim of a government sanctioned homicide because of his diaries“.
