UNILATERAL UNDESCENDED TESTICULAR TORSION IN A 21-YEAR-OLD MALE

ABSTRACT
Undescended testicle, a prevalent congenital malformation of the male genitourinary system, typically requires early diagnosis, ideally before the age of two, for successful treatment. However, in certain regions like developing countries, delays in diagnosis can occur. A clinical instance of undescended testicular torsion in a 21-year-old male is presented, where the condition was identified during surgery and was not vital. Consequently, the medical team opted for the surgical removal of the affected testicle to address the situation effectively.
Keywords: Unilateral, undescended testicular, torsion.
