ABSTRACT
The quinazoline derivatives have drawn more and more attention in the past few years owing to its significant biological activity. The biological activities and synthesis have led to its use and investigation for more and more derivatives. For various physiological significant and pharmacologically utilized molecules quinazoline is considered as the main pharmacophore. It exhibits a broad spectrum of biological activities such as anti-infllamatory, anticancer, anti-HIV, antifungal, antibacterial, anticoccidal, anticonvulsant, antidepressant, antimalerial. As it shows many activities the alteration are done with different substitutes. Thus our main aim is to focus on synthesis, and to determine physiological constants, and pharmacologically evaluate the amine substituted quinazoline derivatives.
Keywords: Quinazoline, biological activities, anticancer.
